Living Arrows 9/53 (2018)

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

The Living Arrows linky is run by Donna of What The Redhead Said. It’s a weekly linky where you share a photo of your child/children from the week before. I’m aiming to join in every week so I can have a full 53 posts (hopefully) by the end of the year.

This week was my first week of solo parenting as Craig went back to work.  I have to admit, I was dreading it slightly but actually it was fine!  It wasn’t easy and Alfie’s behaviour hasn’t always been the best, but on the whole he has been really good.

Henry turned 3 weeks old this week, which has gone super fast! He’s still a tiny little thing, but is already just as demanding as his big brother!

I think Alfie has been missing daddy a lot this a week after having 3 weeks off together, so we made sure we had lots of fun this weekend – starting with a Gruffalo hunt! I love this shot of Alfie hisng behind a tree – he kept telling me to move back so he could jump out and scare me!  It was super cute and he was so happy to be running round in the woods!  I just love this photo of Alfie’s cheeky face, it completely sums him up!

This week we’ll be making the most of getting out the house before all the snow hits us that has been forecast! I may even get some for my birthday next week!!

  1. It’s glad that it went well – it will get easier as time goes on and it must have been strange for Alfie after so much quality time together x
