“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
– Kahlil Gibran
The Living Arrows linky is run by Donna of What The Redhead Said. It’s a weekly linky where you share a photo of your child/children from the week before. I’m aiming to join in every week so I can have a full 53 posts (hopefully) by the end of the year.
This week has been all about sibling bonding. Alfie is absolutely loving being a big brother and every morning asks “Where’s Henry?”. Usually I’m feeding him when Alfie wakes up and he’ll come over and kiss Henry’s head and then ask for a cuddle. I’m loving that there’s no jealousy yet and he’s enjoying being a big brother. I have so many photos of the two of them already, but I think this one is my favourites!
It was Craig’s final week of paternity leave this week so we’ve tried to make the most of having two adults to two children! We’ve been to the zoo, to the park, to the farm, swimming, a baby party and a christening! So another super busy week to keep Alfie occupied. I love this photo of Alfie enjoying his ice cream at the zoo on a freezing February day! And this photo after Henry’s first bath makes me laugh, he wasn’t a fan at all!
I’m a little apprehensive about this week as it’s my first on my own with both boys, and I still can’t drive! But I’ve got friends coming over and a train station nearby so I’m hoping that I can still get out and about. Wish me luck!
