As everyone who knows me well can vouch for, I like to keep myself busy. Don’t get me wrong, I love a slob on the sofa in my pjs as much as the next heavily pregnant woman! But my mind is a constant whizz of how I can be doing more – with my life, with my mind and with my skills. When Logojoy got in contact with me to see if I’d like to check out their website and create a new logo, a new business venture was born!
I’ve always been a bit of a hobby sewist. A couple of years ago, I asked for a sewing machine for my birthday. Since then, I’ve made a number of baby items for myself, and friends and family. This ranges from bunting for nurseries, to baby blankets, to taggie blankets, to dribble bibs!
Now I’m thinking of taking my hobby one step further – why not start a little business from home and sell the things I make? I often have people ask me where I got things from and they’re amazed when I say I made them! I haven’t quite got the finer details figured out, but when I was given this opportunity to try out the Logojoy website, I thought what better place to start than by creating my brand.
This website is so simple and easy to use, I thought I was doing it wrong at first. I thought creating a logo was going to be so difficult, when I started flying through the options, I realised Logojoy had created a format that made it so quick and user friendly, it literally was a joy to create!
Within just a few easy steps, you can have a brand new logo right in front of you. Just enter your brand name, have a look through the ready made logos for some inspiration, pick a colour, a slogan and a symbol and away you go!
From there, you can then have a play around with the font, colours, sizing and backgrounds. There is so much you can do to tinker with it but be warned – you will probably fall in to a black hole of time trying out all the different options like I did! If you can have an idea of what you want before you start, then it will be much easier to achieve your dream logo.
Here is what I have created for my potential new business:
Once you are happy with your design, you simply add it to your basket and decide with pricing package you want – I went for the premium package for $65 which has virtually everything included that you need. You can also add the social media pack for $9.
I really rate the Logojoy website and would highly recommend having a look if you want to create a new logo for your blog or business. It quick, easy to use and has so many different options to create that perfect look, you really can’t go wrong!
I was gifted the premium package in exchange for this review. As always, my opinions are all my own and 100% honest.
